Show Notes

This fourth episode of Conversations on Wellbeing at Work features another speaker from our upcoming US Summits.  Alexis Brown, Workplace Culture and Wellness Program Manager at the National Archives and Records Administration will join us in person in NYC on March 7.

In this wide ranging discussion Alexis shares valuable insights into empathy at work, the importance of addressing not just physical and mental wellbeing but social health as well, the need for employees to get an "emotional return" at work, and the linkage between wellness and DEI.

I loved this conversation because of Alexis's passion for the social dimension of wellness and the foundational role of DEI to creating a culture of wellbeing.
